With 1:1 coaching, our plan will be individualized to your specific needs and goals. Generally speaking, these are the main pillars of wellness we will consider together when creating our plan for coaching.

Breaking it down further: Here are descriptions of a few different branches of wellness that I focus on with clients:

Nutrition

What we put into our body can affect our mood, our energy, clear up our skin, ward off brain fog, and help physically prevent chronic diseases. Nutrition is highly individualized based on the unique makeup of our bodies. My coaching includes a strong focus on identifying foods that help your body to thrive, physically and mentally.

Mindfulness

Practicing mindfulness calms and slows down your mind, lessening racing thoughts and helping you to slow down and take each day moment to moment. Mindfulness has also been proven to reduce stress, improve concentration, and help manage emotions, along with a host of other benefits.

Mobility

Focusing on mobility now is key for staying healthy and active long term. Range of motion, stretching and strengthening can help maintain (or increase) movement, reducing pain and tightness.

Nature

Science has shown that spending time in nature can result in a host of benefits, including lower stress and anxiety, improved mood and heightened relaxation.

Grounding

Grounding can literally mean connecting oneself to the earth (also called earthing) by touching your bare feet or somewhere on your body to the dirt or grass. The negative ions from the earth neutralize the charge of our body, keeping us calm, improving sleep and reducing stress.

Connection

Connection is crucial to live a happy and healthy life; this includes connection to others through a sense of community, as well as connection to ourselves. Looking within ourselves, getting to know ourselves and feeling that deep connectedness to who were are is often overlooked in daily life.
