Hi, I’m Emily

I hold an undergraduate degree in psychology with a focus on happiness research (positive psychology). In 2017 I went on a transformative journey to Scandinavia, particularly Norway, Denmark, and Finland, known for their top annual rankings in the World Happiness Report. Immersed in their culture of outdoor living, communal meals, and mindfulness, I witnessed firsthand the profound impact of connectedness on happiness.

I became a regular, spending my summers off as a teacher in Norway each year, profoundly impacted by the culture there. Fast forward to 2024, I've embraced van life and yoga teaching, nutrition and mindfulness, deepening my connection with nature, people, and myself.

These experiences of deep connection showed me the transformational power of holistic practices, and inspired my career shift to holistic health & wellness coaching. In my practice I help others to optimize their wellness and live joyfully through nutrition, specialized movement practices, and happiness-focused habits.
